I think a few weeks ago I mentioned Joni Mitchell on the message board, and no one seemed to have much by her. That lead me to believe that maybe you guys don't listen to her stuff, so I decided to link a couple of mp3s to give you a feel for how great she is.
These are the first 2 songs off of Blue, one of her 3 (maybe 4 or 5) masterpieces. The album's overall tone is very somber and sad, these 2 songs being two of the more spirited songs on the album, but the album nevertheless remains a easy listen.

wonderful songs. I've been listening to Joni Mitchell for a couple of years now and I absolutely love her stuff. The albums you mentioned (Blue, For the Roses, Court and Spark) are my 3 favourites along with Ladies of the Canyon. Joni is a great Canadian!
